Guest Identification
All guests must provide a valid government-approved photo ID at the time of check-in (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, etc.).

Payment Policy
The hotel reserves the right to request advance payment to secure the booking. Remaining balance must be cleared at the time of check-in.

Hotel Rules

• Smoking may be restricted to designated areas only.

• Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

• Loud music or disturbance is not permitted after 10:00 PM.

• Unmarried couples are allowed only with valid ID proof (optional — remove if not needed).

Liability
The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, valuables, or luggage during the stay.

Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be liable for cancellations or service disruptions caused by events beyond control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
