Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the full or partial payment as per the booking policy. Guests will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, email, or SMS once the reservation is successfully completed.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made 48 hours before check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation made within 24–48 hours of check-in will incur a 50% cancellation charge.

Cancellation made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-show will not be eligible for any refund.
Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original mode of payment. Any bank or payment gateway charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Date Modification
Guests can request a change of booking date at least 24 hours prior to check-in, subject to room availability and revised pricing.
Early Check-Out
In case of early departure, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
